We also provide information on how Invoice AI handles the information it gathers from visitors to our site www.invoice-ai.cloud. In general, you can browse our website without giving us any personal information. We may monitor usage to analyze traffic to our website in order to understand our clients' and visitors' needs and to continually improve our site for them. Invoice AI collects only anonymous, aggregate statistics. For example, we do not tie a specific visit to a specific visitor.

When clients register for use of an Invoice AI service, for a trial version of one of our solutions or when clients request additional information about Invoice AI, Invoice AI may require the client to give us contact information (such as their name and e-mail address), and/or financial information (such as a credit card number). This personal and financial information allows Invoice AI to process and fulfill your request, register your account, check your qualifications for registration and to bill you for products and services.
Invoice AI may also use personal information you submit to us for other communications such as to request additional information necessary to process or fulfill your order; to determine if you are satisfied with the Invoice AI service; to inform you that an upgrade, new services and products are available; or to contact you with information about Invoice AI.

At any time, an Invoice AI client may view its personal information that is stored in the Invoice AI database. If necessary, clients may correct this information by visiting their account preferences section.
We work to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, or unauthorized alteration by using industry-recognized security safeguards, coupled with carefully developed security procedures and practices. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with applicable laws and federal standards. Your sensitive information, such as credit card information, is encrypted when it is transmitted to us. Our employees are trained and required to safeguard your information.
Because communications with our clients are necessary to adequately provide our services, clients cannot opt-out of receiving administrative e-mails related to their accounts. Such e-mail may include confirmation of a registration or purchase, or communication during the sales or support process.
Invoice AI encourages its clients to abide by all applicable laws, rules and regulations, as we pledge we will do ourselves. If you subscribe to the Invoice AI Web Store service, Invoice AI recommends that each client obtain all necessary consents from visitors to its website(s), post an online privacy policy that provides each visitor with notice of its data collection and use practices.
It is Invoice AI's policy to use cookies (a small text file that Invoice AI stores locally on your computer for record-keeping purposes). The cookie information does not include personal data such as name, age, phone number, e-mail address or mailing address nor does Invoice AI link cookies to personal data. Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies, however, you may set your web browser to reject cookies. If you set your browser to reject cookies, you will not be able to use Invoice AI.
If Invoice AI makes any material changes to the way in which it uses personal information, Invoice AI will notify you by e-mail.

We agree to provide you with access to our App Lease Service, which includes the use of our proprietary software application(s) on a lease basis.
The cost for a monthly subscription is $1.99, while a yearly subscription is priced at $19.99. Upon confirmation of purchase, the payment will be charged to your iTunes Account or Google Play Account.
You agree to pay the fees for the App Lease Service as specified in the pricing schedule. Payments are due monthly or annually, as agreed upon. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our software application(s) for the term of this agreement, subject to the terms and conditions herein.
You agree not to sublicense, sell, transfer, assign, distribute, copy, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, or store our software application(s) without our prior written consent.
All intellectual property rights in the software application(s), including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, shall remain the property of the company.
We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal information and ensuring that it is processed in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
At the end of the subscription period, the subscription will auto-renew unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The cost of the renewal will be identified at this time.
You may terminate the App Lease Service at any time by discontinuing your use of our services and providing us with a notice of termination. A backup file can be kept in our server for as long as 3 months, but not guaranteed, after termination to restore it in case of account reactivation only. However, we will not be responsible for retaining any of your data after termination.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our App Lease Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, a breach of the Terms of Service.
The App Lease Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
