When clients register for use of a Invoice AI service, for a trial version of one of our solutions or when clients request additional information about Invoice AI and/or one of our solutions, Invoice AI may require the client to give us contact information (such as their name and e-mail address), and/or financial information (such as a credit card number). When a client registers for the Invoice AI service, this personal information is temporarily stored in encrypted format in a session cookie. Invoice AI never stores such information linked to a permanent cookie. This personal and financial information allows Invoice AI to process and fulfill your request, register your account, check your qualifications for registration and to bill you for products and services.

Invoice AI may also use personal information you submit to us for other communications such as to request additional information necessary to process or fulfill your order; to determine if you are satisfied with the Invoice AI service; to inform you that an upgrade, new services and products are available; or to contact you with information about Invoice AI.

Invoice AI Limits Access to Your Information

Invoice AI will not access, modify, or otherwise divulge information we compile from you except for the express purpose of generating reports which have been authorized by you or otherwise agreed to by you, or unless acting under a good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (1) conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process; (2) protect and defend the rights or property of Invoice AI; (3) enforce our agreements with clients and visitors; or (4) troubleshoot any service problems.

4. Access to Personal Information Stored by Invoice AI

At any time, a Invoice AI client may view its personal information that is stored in the Invoice AI database. If necessary, clients may correct this information by visiting their account preferences section. Since Invoice AI does not capture personal Visitor Information, a client will never be able to access individual Visitor Information.

5. Protecting your Information

We work to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, or unauthorized alteration by using industry-recognized security safeguards, coupled with carefully developed security procedures and practices. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with applicable laws and federal standards. We use both internal and external resources to review our security procedures. Your sensitive information, such as credit card information, is encrypted when it is transmitted to us. Our employees are trained and required to safeguard your information.

6. Opting Out of Use of Personal Client Information for Communications

Because communications with our clients are necessary to adequately provide our services, clients cannot opt-out of receiving administrative e-mails related to their accounts. Such e-mail may include confirmation of a registration or purchase, or communication during the sales or support process.

7. Our Clients\' Use of Invoice AI Solutions

Invoice AI encourages its clients to abide by all applicable laws, rules and regulations, as we pledge we will do ourselves. If you subscribe to the Invoice AI’ Web Store service, Invoice AI recommends that each client obtain all necessary consents from visitors to its website(s), post an online privacy policy that provides each visitor with notice of its data collection and use practices (including the client\'s use of Invoice AI), and provide a link to the Invoice AI privacy policy. Invoice AI shall not be held responsible for its client\'s use of Visitor Information that is not permitted under this Privacy Policy.

It is Invoice AI\' policy to use cookies (a small text file that Invoice AI stores locally on your computer for record-keeping purposes). The cookie information does not include personal data such as name, age, phone number, e-mail address or mailing address nor does Invoice AI link cookies to personal data such as name, age, phone number, e-mail address or mailing address. Service Provision: We agree to provide you with access to our App Lease Service, which includes the use of our proprietary software application(s) on a lease basis.

Lease Cost: The cost for a monthly subscription is $1.99, while a yearly subscription is priced at $19.99. Upon confirmation of purchase, the payment will be charged to your iTunes Account.

Payment Terms: You agree to pay the fees for the App Lease Service as specified in the pricing schedule. Payments are due monthly or annually, as agreed upon. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.

License Grant: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our software application(s) for the term of this agreement, subject to the terms and conditions herein.

Service Availability: We will use reasonable efforts to ensure the App Lease Service is available at all times, except for: (a) planned downtime, or (b) any unavailability caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of government, floods, fires, earthquakes, civil unrest, acts of terror, strikes or other labor problems, Internet service provider failures or delays.

Data Protection: We will implement reasonable safeguards to protect your data, consistent with prevailing industry standards and laws.

Support: We will provide email based technical support for the App Lease Service

Changes to the Service: We reserve the right to revise our services at any time, with or without notifying you. If we terminate your use of our services because of a revised service, you will not be charged

Auto Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. The cost of the renewal will be identified at this time.

Termination by You: You may terminate the App Lease Service at any time by discontinuing your use of our services and providing us with a notice of termination. A backup file can be kept in our server for as long as 3 months, but not guaranteed, after termination to restore it in case of account reactivation only. However, we will not be responsible for retaining any of your data after termination.

Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our App Lease Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, a breach of the Terms of Service.
